I have been using the Icybox IB-DK2244AC for my Sony and LG monitors for years and so far everything has worked.

Yes, the monitor has a standard VESA mount. VESA wall mount type 100 x 100 mm
The monitor has a DisplayPort 1.2 input, but no DisplayPort output. However, the price for a 27-inch model is very good for a 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution.
I use the screen with a Windows PC, so my answer may only be partially helpful. The screen works at full resolution on my PC and I assume it should do the same on the MacBook.
Thank you very much for the tip! According to Dell's information, the monitor does indeed have a pivot function. I have forwarded the data for verification and the corresponding adjustment should be made soon.
