The keyboard has two USB ports. I use one of the USB ports for the USB adapter for the mouse and thus have a USB port directly on the laptop free for USB stick.
If there is only one USB port on the laptop. I could advise you to buy a docking station. Most connections are via USB-C and the docking station then has several connection options.
The CH layout has a large, vertical Enter key (ISO standard, not ANSI standard).

I have connected a Logitech mouse to this USB hub. I have this keyboard because of this hub, because my laptop only has one USB input.

As far as I know, the CH layout is the same in all language regions. If you change from CH (German) to CH (Italian) or (French) on your PC, the key next to L, for example, changes from "ö" to "é", and if you hold down the shift key, it changes accordingly. The labelling of the keys on CH keyboards is suitable for both variants.
Marketing images for keyboards are often not country-specific and are therefore not meaningful in this respect.
The layout of the keyboards is indicated here at digitec in the product heading (CH). So this article is a Swiss QWERTY keyboard, unless they have recorded the article incorrectly. However, I can't say the latter, as I didn't buy the item.
