Hello, I would like to know if this machine makes a nice crema or if it disappears quickly? I attach great importance to a nice, long-lasting foam. And is the coffee hot or just lukewarm? I would be happy to receive an answer, thank you.

I don't know any good coffee, so I hardly drink any, and a capsule machine is hardly known for making a good crema. Unfortunately, I can't give you a verdict. I rarely use the machine and it is there so that you have a coffee when you need one.

Since yesterday my DELIZIO COMPACT ONE II no longer sucks in, I have tried everything but can't find a solution, are there any tips and tricks? or is the pump defective? (It makes noise, heat and vibrates as usual...). It could also be blocked somewhere, but I can't manage to fix it. I am very grateful for any tips!
