I have seen that the layout of this keyboard is DE but the picture refers to the US layout. This means that it's possible to order the US layout instead of the German one? Thank you

I am specifically looking for a keyboard with an "internal clipboard" ChatGPT has named with this keyboard that should be able to do this. Do you have any experience with this? Is it possible to use this keyboard to copy "text", for example, which is then saved "internally" and can then be pasted into a VM, for example, although this VM does not actually support the "Windows clipboard"? because I am looking for a solution to this problem.
