Yes, these RAM modules work, but I wouldn't install a 4GB RAM module. The Mac Mini Late 2012 can take a maximum of 16 GB, which I would take, because the surcharge is not very high. These work:

As far as I know, Kingston has stopped the production of this memory. I found the Crucial memory to fit my Acer Aspire 7741G with Crucial's Memory Advisor. My recommendation is to let a Memory Advisor search for the right memory type.
