I ordered mine from Corsair and it took 3-4 days including free delivery to Switzerland (shipped from Holland).
As a temporary solution you can also use the LGA1200 standoffs I have also done with OC no problems at all. Cooling paste from Thermal Grizzly. The LGA1700 standoffs are 0.8mm deeper so the contact pressure is higher but you can try the LGA1200. I did several Cinebench runs with it for 2 weeks with absolutely no problems. After the exchange with LGA1700 there was no thermal difference (for me) I would even say that the LGA1700 became 1 degree warmer. I'm just writing my experience here, try at your own risk and don't take any liability.

We recommend asking such questions in the discussions. Experience shows that more customers answer there than in a single product question.
There is no backplate supplied. The one that comes with the CPU cooler is also suitable for the 1700, but you need these additional bolts.
