He means to connect the right cables to the right place on the mainboard. You have to connect the CPU 4+4-pin 12V and the 20+4-pin ATX to the mainboard.

Hello, I use the PSU with a Ryzen 5 3600x and a Radeon RX 5600 XT without any problems...
There are also websites where you can calculate the required PSU power for a specific build (just search for "PSU calculator").
Upon collection, briefly inform the staff member handing out the units and a free Maxxtro mains cable (3-pole type J, C13, 1.80m, connection cable) will be enclosed.
On delivery, briefly write to the support team that you need a power cable BEFORE you order.
