There are the "same" fans but without the "soft bundle", and they are cheaper. What is the soft bundle actually? Otherwise, they seem to be technically identical to the others.

Is it possible to get the three fans working via a Molex splitter and control them via the controller?

I have now decided on a 3pin splitter, so I can't say how it would turn out.
