In my opinion, you need to go through the Corsair service directly via their website (be careful to go to the eu platform and not the us platform). In my experience, it is sometimes difficult to obtain spare parts via resellers, even if they sell the brand and certain parts.

It is relatively quiet for a mechanical keyboard. But definitely not noticeably louder than a cheap dell standard keyboard that is available in every office.
Unfortunately, this is the only version that we can offer at the moment.
