Of course not !!! This block is only compatible with Founders Edition layout cards. Corsair also describes very precisely what fits and what does not. Simply select the desired water block and search for the matching graphics card under "COMPATIBILITY". For example, the Palit GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Gaming Pro OC (11GB, High End) (9417614) fits this water block. All without guarantee as Digitec makes a lot of mistakes, especially with graphics cards. In my case, however, this combination was perfect.

No, it does not have to be the FE, but the Referrenz PCB. The compatible models are listed on the Corsair page.
