Hello, can it cool an I7-10700k reasonably?

I haven't had any problems with the cooling performance so far. In normal operation (office stuff), the block stays around 35°C; otherwise, I've never had more than 55°C (if the information from Asus AI Suite 3 is correct).

The AiO water cooling here comes with conductive paste applied, so you don't have to worry about that. Basically, the way it works is that you remove the old cooler and the conductive paste and mount the new AiO water cooling. You might need a new mounting bracket, but that's already included with Corsair.

Yes, you can. I also have Noiseblocker 120mm fans. As a rule, you can always change the fans on the AiO, because fans are included, but not pre-assembled.

Yes would not be correct and no would not be correct either. Surely other hardware is to be connected, or? You should always take everything into account to be able to answer seriously.
