The "normal" HS80 is the RGB Wireless. This model is available in carbon or white.
No. You can also find the wireless version in carbon via the product code CA-9011237-EU. I cannot see the difference to CA-9011235-EU.

I had the same problem and found the solution after a long search. You have to remove both hacks from the HS80 in the ICUE settings under Software and Games.

Unfortunately, we are currently receiving this headset very poorly. If everything works out, availability is expected to improve by the end of the month.
In the iCUE software select the HS80, Device Settings, Mic Boost to max.
If Mic Boost is not available, upgrade the firmware and it should appear.
This is definitely not normal. Contact support!
Disable the RGB on the side, it consumes a lot of battery even though you don't even see it. You can also deactivate the glow on the mic, which will certainly help a little.

Without pressure 2cm deep. The inner clearance is about 4cm wide and is cut diagonally at the bottom with a short side edge length of 5cm (back) and the long one of 6cm (front). Might be too small overall for very large ears. However, the pad is very comfortable on the skin and nice and soft. The pressure on the ears is low. I wear glasses and have zero problems with the earpieces. Very good audio quality. I have already been told that I can now hear much better. Maybe that makes up for it.
