No. These headphones "only" work on the Xbox.

It is possible to use this headset with your PC (including Dolby Atmos). To make it work you'll need this wireless adapter: Microsoft Xbox One Wireless Adapter für Windows (PC)

Does this device have Bluetooth or not? There are different specifications on the net. Specifically, it is about using the headset via Bluetooth for normal voice chat (e.g. S4B) - WITHOUT the MS Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows).
