I don't use the camera with the SD card, but on the Canon website, it says that you can use a micro SD card up to 256GB.

No this camera does not need a mobile phone to print, but images can be edited much more via the app.
This is basically possible. Make sure that automatic printing is deactivated in the Canon Mini Print app under the camera settings. Without the app, printing cannot be stopped directly.
