The closest focusing distance should be 0.17m and not 0.17cm ?

Thank you for the info. However, you can report incorrect specifications directly on the product page. Product page -> Specifications -> Show more -> Scroll down -> Report wrong data -> And then change the corresponding entry.

I should have a lens hood for this lens. But which one and where can I find one?

Can this lens also be used with the Canon EOS R50? There are no fixed focal lengths for the R50 yet.

Wrong information: This lens is NOT internally focused but has an extending (and very noisy) barrel.

According to https://de.canon.ch/lenses/canon-rf-35mm-f-1-8-macro-is-stm-lens/specifications/, this lens has a filter diameter of 52 mm, not 77 mm as stated.

Is the lens compatible with an EOS 6D, or with the EF bayonet? Or do you need an adapter (if available)?

pls tell me if this lens is weather proof, as the EOS R body is. (don't see the sealing alike with other L Lenses)

any idea about availability date (see micro spot is mentioning mid December); what about digitec? is the rf 35mm dust and moisture proof (don't see seal ring on lens)?
