Hello chregraf, I agree. This is purely about product reviews. Melectronics recently had the lens available online twice, but it was no longer available within a very short time, but I still managed to get hold of one. The part is awesome.
To ensure availability, we source our articles from different suppliers. Each supplier has different conditions, which is why there may be different offers and prices.
There is no difference, it's the same product and it only comes in one colour.
The "white" variant is in an external warehouse, "black, white" is in the Digitec warehouse (and therefore delivered faster)
Unfortunately, Canon itself cannot answer when the lens will be available. Answer on 06.02.2024 from Canon: Please check our online shop on Wednesday and Thursday to see if they are available, because that is when they are delivered. This answer is also very satisfying for me. (meant ironically)
