This excellent lens fits on a full frame with a focal length of 35mm. On an 80D its perceived focal length will be 35x1.6 = 56mm. I recommend this lens, which I use on both 6D and 7D.

Unfortunately, there is no lens hood included in the scope of delivery. Canon has effectively saved on this. According to Canon, the following product is compatible: Canon lens hood EW-72
