Another question: it has 2 HDMI ports, but it is not clear if it supports "HDMI to HDMI" only or also DisplayPort (from the external monitor) to HDMI (on the adapter) - I tried a DisplayPort to USB-C cable to connect a 4K external monitor and it worked, but I am looking for an adapter which supports a 4K external monitor (possibly 2, like this adapter) and USB type A ports, and where I can have a USB-C available slot for charging (and a free one for something else but I do not see that being present in this adapter).

If you are using a monitor with a display port you can use this cable Delock HDMI (Typ A) — DisplayPort (2 m, HDMI) A docking station that already has DisplayPort connectors and with additional usb c connector would be for example the i-tec Dualdock (2 x HDMI, 2 x DisplayPort, 65 W, USB A, USB C)
