Dear Community Does the 22.10l version include the compartment division as shown in the picture?

Does the case come with the Velcro compartments shown or is it just the empty case? For the same case in yellow, the partitioning is listed separately (B&W International Outdoor Case Type 5000 with partitioning; then at the price of CHF 215.-).
