doesn't look like it because it only has battery slots; one possibility would be to take a "normal" camera and use it with a power connection adapter. Such a camera can usually also do time-lapse photography.
The camera creates a new video every 24 hours. The frame rate of the film must be set in a separate programme. None is supplied. However, this can be done with vlc, for example.
Last year I had the TLC200 Pro practically always outside, in all weathers, with the outdoor housing. The battery life decreases logically with colder temperatures! It also depends on how many pictures the TLC200 Pro is supposed to take in which period of time =;O)
