I can. Whether it is comfortable... is the other question. They hold relatively well as long as you don't pull the cable abruptly. That is, if you don't move around much in your sleep, it should be fine. But for me, in-ear headphones always hurt after a while. So it would certainly be a matter of getting used to them.

According to another question/answer here about this: Android version. Apple, true to itself, does not adhere to what is usual with its jack connection. Others talk about standards, but I don't know of any.

I have the same problem, when ANC is switched on, you can hear a hissing noise, but the sounds from the surroundings are all super suppressed! As soon as you listen to louder music, you don't hear the noise at all or only a little, I'm very happy with this product.

In principle, this does not matter, as the respective remote control is only fully functional on the system intended for it. Volume control does not work on the other system, as far as I know. Play, pause, next song and previous song should work on both systems. So the question is, what do you use most, not only the headphones, but especially the remote control, and where would the missing volume control be most noticeable?

The product says: 10% discount and that: Take advantage of 10% discount on all headphones and headsets until 10 December 2017! Add the desired product to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Then simply enter the voucher code "HEADSET10" during the order process under "Payment". The discount will be automatically deducted from the current retail price.

I need the Bose QuietComfort on various devices. The control does not work because it has a contact for this on the plug that is only used on the Android. On devices without this contact - in my case a Windows tablet - the headphones work perfectly just without control, as you pointed out. I use it in the open-plan office when I want my peace and quiet. I definitely have that, even if I don't listen to music and only ambient noise is suppressed. I can only recommend it!

Hello Ferdi I also have a Mac and an Android smartphone (and will stick with it), so my answer is clear: use the Android version. When you're on the road, it's more convenient to control the music on your phone via Bose's Remote. On the Mac, on the other hand, you have control via the keyboard.

Well, they do work on iPhones. However, with one caveat: the remote control on the cable will not work or only partially work on your iPhone. Normally, you will be able to pause and start music with the middle button, but not adjust the volume. All other functions, especially the active noise reduction, should work. Therefore, not only the price is decisive, but you can of course decide for yourself whether this missing function is not worth the extra price.

You can add items to your watch list and you will be notified by email if there is a discount. In general, however, I would like to say that you should not expect the same price reductions for two different products.
