Questions about B&O BeoPlay A2

Hello all. I have an A2. About a year ago I had problems with my battery. I had it replaced at a B&O shop. Then it worked again for about 4-6 months. Then suddenly it stopped. Then I went to the same store again and the employee said that my A2 was a total loss. Since then, my A2 has just been lying around at home for 3 months. When I had a visit from a friend, she had her A2 with her, I exchanged the batteries and suddenly mine was charging again, although nothing had lit up before when I had plugged in my A2 with its own battery. And a third time I went to the store, he plugs my A2 into the power and it works again. Now I have plugged the A2 in and it has been charging for 4 hours but only shows 60% in the app. Can anyone help me please ? Thanks in advance

I had a similar issue. If you don't keep the battery charged it will go flat and the only way to recover is to perform a reset with the power supply connected and give it a full charge. Make sure you have the original charger as well. I found instructions on the B&O web site on how to revive the battery after running it flat.

I have a question about charging the Beoplay A2. Is it possible to charge it with a powerbank? The connector is DC-IN, is there a cable that has a DC-IN connector with USB at the end?

Unfortunately, this is not possible without further ado. With DC-IN, the unit expects 15V. A power bank only provides 5V. You could connect a boost converter in between. However, this requires knowledge of electronics and can damage the unit if used incorrectly!
