That should absolutely not be the case! If one earphone is quieter, the localisation of vocals, for example, should slip away from the centre towards the louder side! If the same problem occurs with the second cable, then something is wrong with the headphones!
Hi, what do you need the mixer for? Is it more for studio or live use? How many input and output channels do you need? Solid State Logic builds high quality mixers for both applications. I can also recommend mixing consoles from Lawo, Digico or Avid, all three are very strong in live and broadcast.
I use these headphones only with PC and DAC: FiiO Olympus2 E10K FiiO Olympus2 E10K (USB-DAC, Bass Boost, Gain switch) but without Dac they work just as well when connected to the PC only ( 250 ohm version )
They are stereo headphones, but you can create virtual surround via software. Digi even has an article on this: https://www.digitec.ch/de/page/wie-funktioniert-virtual-surround-und-ist-es-schlechter-als-true-surround-5875
For iPhone only, I would rather choose a product with lower impedance, e.g. the DT 770 Pro with 32 ohm. Because then the amp is unnecessary and the sound should be lossless. And it's cheaper too ;) More info https://www.beyerdynamic.de/blog/was-sagt-die-impedanz-bei-kopfhoerern-aus/
yep Leather (or possibly imitation leather??? In any case pleasant.)
The headphones are currently not available because our supplier has a bottleneck. It is expected to be delivered between 04.09. and 11.9.
The DT 1770 Pro has a mini-XLR connector, not a jack plug. Therefore, the answer is unfortunately "no".
I have been using the DT 1770 Pro in the studio every day for 3.5 years and it still looks great. I don't wear glasses, so I can't judge that.
