With the app, the data is stored locally on the mobile phone. However, the data can also be synchronised via the PC, in which case they are stored in the PC. No retrieval via a server is possible.

However, I can confirm that the basic operation is satisfactory, but no more. The documentation (instructions for use) is well done. The data on the screen is complicated, but with a bit of patience, you can get by more or less. In short, the handling is not very ergonomic despite the appearance.
On the other hand, everything related to computing (compilation of data in a computer unit via Bluetooth) does not enjoy any follow-up and software update, which makes this service totally unusable for me (iPhone). To tell you the truth, I am extremely disappointed, not to say I feel I have been cheated. I had bought this device at a higher price thinking that it would be an advantage (presentation of blood pressure values to my doctor). When I contacted the service department, the answer was terse and can be summed up as: too complicated, we don't care and we don't provide any help beyond this assistance (understand this answer).
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this device or this company. The price does not match the description of the equipment offered for sale.
My machine is a little louder for about 2 seconds at the beginning of the pressure build-up and then becomes quieter and stays that way during the entire pressure build-up. Maybe you should check the hose connection to the unit...

In Switzerland, blood pressure monitors can be calibrated by pharmacies. Alternatively, some manufacturers also offer this service.

A USB power supply unit is supplied with the product. However, if you wish to purchase the power supply separately, we would need to clarify this.
I retrieve the data without any problems using an iPhone S5 (iOS 8 and 9).
