Hi Audiofreak, I bought the headphone amplifier HA400 and the microphone amplifier MA400. However, the output signal of both is too weak to drive a headphone via an extension cable, even if it is only 2m long. If you plug the headphones in directly, the sound is fine. Has anyone experienced this? I am looking forward to your feedback!

Hi, Then there is probably something wrong with the extension cable or its plug. Even with a 10m extension cable, the headphones will not normally sound noticeably quieter. Have you ever tested another extension cable?

Hello, I ordered the Behringer HA400 Microamp from you on Tuesday and it arrived today. The unit is black and not white as in the picture. I know it's a detail, but to be honest, I only ordered it from you and paid almost CHF 10 more because it was shown in white. So my question is, is this a coincidence or do you have both "colours" in stock or is the picture on your homepage wrong?

Thank you for pointing this out, the wrong images were effectively stored there. Unfortunately, we do not receive the white version. If you have bought the product, you can of course return it without further ado.
