In the product description I read a lot about Apple, iOS and the Apple Chip W1 but nothing about Samsung and Android. I have never used a Beats product and so my question is: Are the Beats Solo 3 also compatible with the Samsung Galaxy A7? Please send me an answer.

Is it possible to connect the beats via cable to the PS 4 controller and use them as a microphone or headset. if not, what other beats does it work with?

I think that's possible... I don't have a ps but they also work wirelessly as a headset so I think it should also work with a cable... ;)
