I am also a spectacle wearer. My regular glasses have relatively thin temples, my sports glasses very thick. Whether I wear sports glasses or not, the headphones always touch my glasses. But I don't really find this a problem and the earphones are basically comfortable to wear anyway. I usually put the glasses on over the earphone temples - that feels more comfortable.

So when I was jogging with a headwind, there was no wind noise. So as long as you are not a racing cyclist going downhill at 60km/h, I think the Powerbeats can be used without any problem.
These headphones are designed to work with the vast majority of smartphones currently available.
Works very well with Android too.
