Salü, in the operating instructions you should find all possible configurations or fans, fan dimensions and quantities per fan. In terms of fan quality, I can recommend the SilentWings3. But if you want to spend a little more money and want an even quieter PC, then take the Noctua NF-A12x25. Here is another video about fans: https://youtu.be/7cGdQi7LqlU

As far as I know, PWM fans always have the same voltage, the PWM signal switches the fan on/off all the time and thus the speed is maintained. Non-PWM fans do this via the voltage and are therefore only adjustable in steps, whereas PWM is more or less stepless.

These fans are not well suited for radiators. Take a look at youtube der8auer fan test 120mm, there you will find a possible selection of fans that are well suited for radiators. Which I would like to test (because they are supposed to be very good for radiators) are the new ones from Lian-Li UNI FAN, which also have a good new concept for several fans led together.

Actually, Corsair's ML120s are already included. they are usually ideal for radiators. I did a test at home with ML120 Pro and the SilentWings. The SilentWings were not audible at 32%, while the ML120 already produced noise at 30% (air noise?), the SilentWings even ran 100rpm faster. but since you have an insulated case, I would first see if it works. In terms of static pressure etc., both fans are about the same at low speed.

you should be fine with 120mm, dark rock support an additional 120mm fan and should have brackets included. (just so: this is a set of 3, for the price of these 3 fans you would also get the dark rock pro 4). i suspect this 135mm fan is actually 120mm, with a slightly larger fan blade. (hole spacing approx. 105mm? not diagonal?)
