Hi, this should fit! The specification of the maximum graphics card length is independent of the cooler. Take a closer look at the 4th photo. You can see that the cooler is inserted from the front. This means that the 369mm refers to the length from the back to the mounting of the cooler.

No. 3x 140mm are not possible in the front. See manufacturer https://www.bequiet.com/de/case/1854 I just used this case for a system and installed 3x 120mm. But the lowest fan is of little use because the HDD cage has almost no air slots, so about 80% of the fan surface is covered.

You can mix the 140 mm fans in the be quiet Pure Base 500DX with the be quiet Light Wings 140 mm fans without them all having to be RGB fans. - The case supports the use of different fan types, including the Pure Wings and Light Wings from be quiet! - There are no restrictions that require all fans to have RGB functions, so you can easily combine them. This allows for flexible configuration to cater for both good airflow and aesthetic requirements.

Good day I installed a system in this enclosure in October, so I still know the details. The enclosure comes with an ARGB (5V) strip installed. This can either be connected directly via the mainboard or operated with the pre-programmed colours and patterns. According to the manufacturer's data sheet, your mainboard, the MSI B450M Pro-VDH Max, has only one RGB (12V) connection. This is labelled JRGB1 on the mainboard. Therefore, you cannot connect the LEDs of the case directly to your mainboard. For the power supply of the case LEDs you need a free SATA power connector (15pin) on your power supply or if only MOLEX connectors are free, an adapter MOLEX to SATA. (m/f). If you want to use another mainboard, make sure it has an ARGB connector or an RGB connector with 5V. Greetings Frownwarrior
