As far as I know, 3x be quiet! SilentWings 3 (140mm) are installed in the enclosure as standard. They have 3 pins.

Good configuration! But a 650 Watt power supply would also be more than enough.

yes. or 2 even. i put one from be quiet in the case on top with silent wing fans.
If in doubt the manual for the case is pretty good too.

On the top side 3 140mm are no problem :-))
I can't tell you if the mainboard has 8 fan slots, but otherwise there are fan controllers or external cards.
2 fans on the bottom side are also possible
