Powerbanks, including the aforementioned "blade", MUST generally be taken on the plane in your hand luggage. This is because of the risk of heating and fire. We have always been allowed to take this powerbank, which is checked at security, onto the aircraft without any problems.
The baseus website says: This USB C Power Bank support discharge while charging, but if output is higher than input (output is or higher than 65W), the power bank will activate the auto switch-off protection to protect itself. German: This USB C Power Bank support discharge while charging. However, if output is higher than input (output is or higher than 65W), the power bank will activate the auto switch-off protection to protect itself.
The item should indeed weigh ~420 gr. We thank you for your comment and will adjust the product sheet as soon as possible!
Yes
The powerbank is from aliexpress and is sold there for less than half the price. The powerbank broke after 3 weeks, no longer discharges
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will have the product checked.
This is the normal blade version.
The unit does not need to be switched on via the button, it switches on automatically when you charge a device. Have you tested the different connections to see if you can charge a device? And also with different charging cables? If yes, then the powerbank is probably defective. Unfortunately, this happens frequently (at least to me). I have already sent this powerbank in twice for repair under warranty (within a year).
This depends on your charger. If you use a good charger with 60W (USB-C), you can fully charge the powerbank in about 1 hour.
Yes, Power Delivery is supported and can also be used to charge notebooks.
This works well with a USB-C connection on the laptop or a suitable adapter.
In addition to the reason that Friday was Black Friday, we work due to different purchasing conditions and changing suppliers. Over a certain period of time, this can lead to price changes/fluctuations. We generally work with daily prices.
