Is this the EU version? (Without Chinese characters in the caseinner?)

It has Chinese characters on it, but also a CE number. I hardly think that the part is manufactured in different versions. I would not buy the product again. The people I talk to complain about the poor connection quality. It's not the mobile phone; I've tried Apple and Samsung.

Hello Together I bought the headphones and am satisfied all in all. However, I have the problem that the pods do not charge in the case. Has anyone had a similar problem and possibly a solution? I would appreciate an answer, otherwise I will return them under warranty.

Try it again with another cable and or charger to find out what is defective and then return it to Digitec under warranty.

I got these headphones yesterday and tried them out today. The sound is amazingly good. However, the noise cancellation is sort of zero. Some write pretty good others good for the price. However, I have not read practically zero. Before I exchange them under warranty, I would like to ask if others have also experienced this problem?

I also got these headphones a few days ago. Can't complain about the noise cancellation, I find the difference is clearly audible when you turn ANC on or off.
