Ich nutze die Samsung 860 Pro (1000 GB, 2.5") und 4k 60p klappt damit wunderbar. Atomos hat selbst eine Seite dazu: https://www.atomos.com/compatible-drives?product=ninja-v
You can also install a Samsung 870 Evo in an Atomos Master Caddy 2, it's even cheaper and much easier (put it in and screw it shut) but both are not Atomos approved, they would need e.g. a Samsung 860 Pro, also not much more expensive and works then too...
Hoi - the dispay has FullHD resolution, the Ninja should do the rest: https://www.atomos.com/tech-specs?product=ninja-v LG
For this kind of problem, I advise you to contact customer service. They will be able to help you. https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/en-us/requests/new
We had a change of supplier at the beginning of December and availability is also rather difficult. As a result, our purchasing conditions are also increasing massively, which is reflected in the sales price.
I think the normal ninja v is good enough for the a7iii. If you want to record 4k 120fps with another camera in the future, you'll need the v+. But for those rare cases you can also record to the SD card. So the basic version is usually enough.
I would say it's classic hermit syndrome. In America the price is going down rapidly and in Switzerland you still pay the same price. XD
As Atomos mentioned, the Ninja can probably record any HDMI signal (I have only tested with Sony a6300, A7III, Canon). The question is what do you want to achieve with it? The only difference is 4.2.2 instead of 4.2.0 croma sampling (as with the A7III) and less compression through ProRes but still only 8 bit. So you will hardly notice anything in the image quality. However, the Ninja is also a good monitor...
HPRC 2300 for Atomos Ninja V fits nicely. Bland side taste: the Ninja, when enclosed by the Smallrig frame, no longer fits in the case.
SD is only for showing LUT's on the display ;-)
Rather not. Today IS Black Friday ;-). By the way, next-day delivery works better with the competition I mentioned. So why not just order there?
Battery, HDMI cable and SSD must be purchased separately. Note: very few cables can handle 4k60p in 10bit, but Atomos' own works great.
The new Ninja V features a stunningly bright 5.2" 10-bit HDR monitor with an amazing 1000 nits of output. https://spanishdictionary.cc/
I don't know the Sony but I know that my camera is limited to 30 minutes of recording which is not the case with the Ninja and that I can record in 10 bit...... and soon in row it will be great But you have to know that the ninja v is sold without battery, memory card and without cables which makes the bill rise very quickly.
For which articles exactly? :) Do you mean the accessories?
Hi It needs at least a 2.5 ssd. With 1080, a normal HD is also sufficient, but can be a problem under certain circumstances because of the rotating parts. For the SSD you need a caddy, but there is one included. Atomos uses SSDs because the file size with the codecs is much larger.
SSD's must be purchased separately !

You need a standard HDMI cable from this product in the direction of your camera, which should have a mini or standard HDMI.
