No, it is not possible to operate the monitor with a stylus, at least it didn't work for me.

The brand do not specify any pen for this touch screen, it seems to be made for using with fingers. But it may be possible to use a pen that imitate this. For exemple : Hama Facile
According to ASUS, the touch function of the screen is only optimised for Windows 10. I therefore unfortunately doubt that the touch will also work for the Amazon Fire Stick.
The display is reflective, but that is quite normal for touchscreens. Light sources naturally reflect on the display, but this is not very annoying for normal screen contents. In my opinion, the luminosity is completely sufficient. The display won't exactly be standing outside in the sun ;-)
According to research, only a few touch screens come with Mac drivers, so it can be assumed that this will not work.
According to the manufacturer, there is no official pen, but you can use any pen you like.
