Performing a BIOS update is not that difficult nowadays.
Current BIOS version of this mainboard: Version 5220 from 2019/09/24
Manual: https://static.digitecgalaxus.ch/Files/2/8/3/5/8/8/2/0/G14093_ROG_STRIX_X470-F_GAMING_UM_V2_WEB.pdf
from chapter 3.11
Enclosed you will find all RAM compatibility lists for the different generations of CPU's which are compatible with this mainboard: https://www.asus.com/ch-de/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-X470-F-GAMING/HelpDesk_QVL/
Hi. No, no Wifi. Raid0 is possible, but there are various configuration notes - some of them restrictions - that must be observed. The usb31g2_c1 connector on this board is intended for internal USB 3.1 front panel cables, which are often used in modern enclosures. These cables are usually fixed to the enclosure, but we would have the following cables in our range:

Yes, that is no problem. With the 3-slot graphics card you simply occupy the first PCI-E x16 and cover 2 PCI-E x1.
The M.2 SSD can easily be placed a little further down.
The specifications on the MANUFACTURER websites are decisive:
Starting from ASUS:
https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-X470-F-GAMING/specifications/
AMD Ryzen™ 2nd Generation Processors
4 x DIMM, Max. 64GB;
DDR4 3600(O.C.)/3466(O.C.)/......MHz Un-buffered Memory
However:
Ryzen™ with Radeon™ Vega Graphics/ Athlon™ with Radeon™ Vega Graphics/ Ryzen™ 1st Generation Processors.
4 x DIMM, Max. 64GB;
DDR4 3466(O.C.)/3400(O.C)........ MHz Un-buffered Memory
Under the conditions:
AMD 7th Generation A-Series/Athlon X4 Processors
4 x DIMM, Max. 64GB, DDR4 2400/2133 MHz Un-buffered Memory
the selection is further limited.
Sets consisting of 4x 8GB RAM are listed up to a maximum of DDR4 3000, see:
Version -2019/02/25 update 707.62 KBytes
ROG_STRIX_X470-F_GAMING_Memory_Qvl
ROG STRIX X470-F GAMING Memory QVL - Ryzen™ 2nd Generation Processors.
See table section DDR4 3000 Qualified Vendors List (QVL).
https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/SocketAM4/ROG_STRIX-X470-F-GAMING/ROG_STRIX_X470-F_GAMING_Memory.pdf
to note Note at the very end of the table:
"* Do not combine DIMMs from multiple kits-even ones of the same make and model. Mixing and matching DIMMs can result in failure to boot."
The RAM set Corsair Platinum RGB (4x 8GB, DDR4-3200) is not listed at ASUS (as of 2019/02/25).
Regarding the question: Mainboard 3466 MHz(OC) and RAM 3600MHz:
Mainboard and processor are fully utilised and thus get very warm; RAM is clocked down a bit but is under voltage at 1.35V. Therefore, a gentle effect through the "downclocking" is hardly to be expected.
So compatible are all on this list : https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/SocketAM4/ROG_STRIX-X470-F-GAMING/ROG-STRIX-X470-F-GAMING-Memory-QVL-Ryzen-2nd-Generation-cpu.pdf?_ga=2.24240698.1207443322.1542187099-847868742.1535451806
I would recommend the ones from Corsair (e.g.: Corsair Vengeance RGB (2x, 8GB, DDR4-3000, DIMM 288) (Pro variant is not Asus Aura capable) or ones from G. Skill (ex: G.Skill Trident Z RGB (2x, 8GB, DDR4-3000, DIMM 288)).
I would even rather take the Trident Z RGB, because they have kits with tighter timings.
