why is the AIO cooler Asus strix LC iii (42279508) not showing up in the Armory Crate software? I wanted to change the image on the screen but nothing appears, I already connected the cables to the card properly, USB and Aio pump, but nothing appears, strange. The card is using Asus ASUS MB Tuf Gaming Z790-Btf Wifi. windows I have tried everything, in fact the problem is visible device managerum, I have enabled/disabled USB, updated drivers, etc, etc, but I could not make it work. I was able to carry out a search and you actually did everything that can be done on site. So without having the system physically in front of you and being able to test it, technical support is unfortunately impossible. Perhaps someone can share their experience with us where this cooler can be used successfully in the software. I would also recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly, as they usually know about such errors before anyone else and can provide assistance.
