I have tried putting this pc together but it shows no picture the cpu fan is spinning but the bios makes no signal sound and no picture comes up. tried it with vga on a tv with vga.

That can be anything. Remote diagnosis is hardly possible. What have you installed? CPU with or without graphics chip? GPU installed or not? Are the RAMs seated correctly? Are all cables fully plugged in? The power supply too? Monitor working otherwise? ..... It's best to get someone who knows how to build a PC. Or you can proceed yourself according to the principle of elimination. One part after the other :-) Good luck!

Looking for a good graphics card that is suitable for this mainboard. I have a normal mATX case, it is not too big. My power supply is 1000W. The graphics card should be so good that you can connect at least 3 screens and play all the usual Steam games, e.g. Hitman, Just Cause, etc.

You'd have to know the case model to be sure it's compatible, but if you're looking for a card that can do everything you mentioned and is state of the art, we can recommend the RTX 4070.
