If it only says "Win 10" in the specs, it's Windows 10 Home Version. Else it would be labeled as Win 10 Pro.

What kind of keyboard is that in the picture? Is it really like that? Is it a QWERTY keyboard, which is not standard in Switzerland? Can it be changed?

Product images of laptops and keyboards are always illustrations and are practically never shown in the CH layout (not even by the manufacturer).

However, all products at Digitec are in CH layout unless explicitly mentioned otherwise (see specifications). You will receive this notebook with a CH layout with QWERTZ, large ENTER key and ö/é, ä/à, ü/è as you are used to.
