it's difficult to judge which version is on it...either way, all the mainboards I get my hands on are equipped with the latest bios from the manufacturer.
The latest BIOS version available is #3016 from 29.12.2016... I can't say whether the board is delivered with this version, because it depends on the production date.
An update to BIOS version 2003 is possible according to ASUS. However, my H110M-K was delivered with version 1802, which does not support Kaby Lake....
As far as I know, an h110 motherboard cannot be overclocked. That is why the unlocked processor is useless
The S/PDIF connector is intended for its kind. However, if you buy an enclosure with a 3.5 plug, you can use the 3.5mm of the enclosure.
No. You need DDR4 memory. Check the specifications of the motherboard and the compatible memory modules from the following list: http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA1151/H110M-K/H110M-K_Memory_QVL_report.pdf?_ga=1.212002963.686712235.1471029559
You need processors that support the socket LGA 1151 and the chip H110. You can find compatible processors on the following page: http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/mb-ASUS/H110M-K.html
