The card is compatible and according to various test reports it makes no difference whether the card is operated with PCIE 3.0 or 4.0 (depending on CPU and mainboard). The important thing is that you have a powerful CPU.

This should be fine with the motherboard. A key thing is what processor you are using as there is a lot of reviews warning on bottlenecking your CPU with a GPU of this power. I am running it on an Intel i9-9900KS and it works well.

The code is sent on two different dates, which are 16 October and 30 October. According to the rules, activation cannot be done if you do not have the card installed as the code is tied to it.
