I ordered the card online and received an order confirmation at 15:04 saying that 10 pieces were ready for dispatch from stock. But now I don't get a delivery date/collection date. That is quite remarkable. Especially as the card has now become 30 francs more expensive within 55 MINUTES. I hope the specialist department will help me solve this mystery.

I did order at 15:03 and it indicated lots of stock, and now you don't know when it's being delivered? This is misleading and bad mannor. I have the impression Digitec only wants to grab the orders and solve it in the aftermath...

I'm in a similar situation. While I was ordering it was showing that units are available. Now I have "No information available". I understand that the demand was high and stock was low, but at least provide some info for people who paid. Should we wait, if so for how long ?

Although the promise that Digitec would like to deliver the goods themselves if they put on top of it is nice, unfortunately it doesn't do any good if you don't get the goods! My order has still been open since 24.09.20! Everyone can think for themselves.... Will this still work?

Due to enormously high demand and hardly any availability, there are undefined delays in delivery. At the moment, we are therefore unable to give any information on the delivery date. Should we receive an update from the supplier, we will update the availability accordingly.

Be happy that this is still "cheap" 😁 Relation is in any case comprehensible 3080 custom +100,- (minimum) 3090 double price, double surcharge so 200,- sounds logical to me and I also expected it that way.
