I don't understand why card prices keep going up when crypto is starting to plummet and the memory used in making these cards is going down. I'll wait as long as it takes, but I'm not going to put that kind of money into a graphics card that's half the asking price. If no one buys, they'll end up lowering the prices

Unfortunately prices vary according to supply and demand and our supplier prices, as there are few products available. This makes them go up. Of course, the cryptocurrency is also a factor I guess, but it's hard to predict whether prices will move simultaneously. A question for the round..... Why do you take these 'offers' of really unbelievably expensive graphics cards, no matter what brand, no matter what model, simply out of the range? Really, does anyone really buy these (admittedly good cards) for three times the original price? What is going on in this strange world. I've been waiting for over a year to get a decent gaming graphics card at a FAIR price..... really sad. Well, I'll just switch to a PS5.....Oh nooo, they don't have them either. Too bad.....

You have to snipe the graphics cards at retail prices via Discord's then you get a message when a manufacturer restocked I got my RTX3080 for 765CHF. It's not the best price but it doesn't matter.

Bought this graphics card without realising that it has an extra 8 pin connector. Do I have to use all 3? My power supply only has 2 PCI/E slots. If I need to use all 3, can I use an adapter to avoid having to replace the power supply?

Hi How many watts does your power supply have? Does it have the recommended min 750 watts? Usually 750 watts and more have enough PCI ports. In general, all 3 should be used. My opinion.

Dear Digitecs ... Under the item "Important information" it says that you cannot accept orders for this item at the moment. This is a bit irritating in view of the fact that you can deliver it to Zurich at the same time until this evening ... maybe you want to adjust that!?

Why aren't the prices coming down faster? Crypto-currencies are plummeting and there is availability, it's still way too high for cards that were released over 2 years ago.

Which PCI-E cable fits this graphics card if I want to place it in the enclosure? By the way, what makes more sense for cooling? "Normal" mounting on the mainboard or does this not play a role in terms of cooling?

This would be suitable, for example (I also find the price/performance very good here): Lian-Li PCIe x16 riser ribbon cable - PCIe 4.0 (20 cm) On the subject of cooling I have to disappoint you, with the vertical mount ("set up in the case") the cooling is much worse, because the fans of the card are usually much too close to the side panel and thus the airflow is blocked.
