It depends on what is intended with the PC. For example, should only light or heavy OverClocking be operated? (Disadvantages of the OC taken into account?) With AsRock X399 Taichi the maximum OC frequency is 3600 WITHOUT OC only 2133, 2400 and 2666 MHz possible In addition, is ECC desired? Tested RAMs for ECC have 2133 MHz or 2400 MHz; these are marked with red ECC in the table: http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/X399%20Taichi/index.asp#Memory The number of RAM bars should rather be 4x 8GB. Choose a frequency of the RAM bars slightly higher than the frequency of the mainboard; advantage: the RAM bars are clocked down and the voltage is lowered to 1.2V, the mainboard and the processor become less warm and the RAM bars have a longer service life. Well-known manufacturers are G. Skill, HyperX, Corsair and Crucial. It is best to stick to the above list from ASRock. Note the manufacturer numbers of the RAMs. Example for G. Skill: 3000MHz: G.Skill Ripjaws V (4x, 8GB, DDR4-3000, DIMM 288) F4-3000C15Q-32GVRB 3200MHz: G.Skill Trident Z (4x, 8GB, DDR4-3200, DIMM 288) F4-3200C16Q-32GTZB Example for HyperX 3200MHz: HyperX Predator (4x, 8GB, DDR4-3200, DIMM 288) HX432C16PB3K4/32 Example for Corsair with RGB 3000MHz: Corsair Vengeance RGB (4x, 8GB, DDR4-3000, DIMM 288) CMR32GX4M4C3000C15 (ver:5.30)

Just take one of the more expensive full modular power supplies then it is surely compatible, I myself have a Corsair HX750i together with this mainboard, I can surely recommend it :)
