For me it was enough for 3 times. I applied two really thick coats (just overflowing ;) ) and one thinner coat.
Having purchased this product at the end of 2020, I can confirm that the product was a 2020 version.

If you don't have any alcohol or other high-proof cleaning agents at hand, you can also clean the CPU with methylated spirits or a small shot of vodka. If vodka/whisky is too bad for you, you can also use a little eau de toilette (i.e. perfume).
I have also used window cleaner for cleaning.
Everything works tiptop. A clean cotton cloth is more important.
