probably not it depends if they were bought before the LGA1700 socket. if not, Arctic says: We will provide the required mounting kit free of charge to customers who submit proof of purchase of a processor with an LGA1700 socket.

Unfortunately, Switzerland is a very small market compared to our neighbouring countries and the large manufacturers therefore usually prioritise the supply of their goods to larger markets. :/
It's hard to say what stocks are in the warehouses. According to Arctic, the Socket 1700 mounting kit has been included since October. If it is not included, you can request it free of charge.

It is not mentioned in the specifications, presumably because the 1200 socket is still new. But it is described in the manual.

In general:
You can use any cooler that fits on socket 115x also on 1200. The hole spacing is exactly the same, 75mm.
I have a ryzen 9 5900x, have the aio in the bios up to 70 degrees to 40% at the running temps.when gaming max 65 degrees.very quiet and very good cooling performance.heat conductive paste is included.rgb can be controlled via the mainboard software eg at asus with aura sync.
You can find info about this case here: https://www.arctic.de/lf-service-kit
According to Arctic, this only affected units shipped between Mai '21 and March '22.
Further below they inform, that if your device has a "QC Pass" sticker, that everything is OK.
I ordered the Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB on October 24th this year and my unit has this sticker. So I assume that Digitec has the latest/non trouble making version. At least for this model.
I'm also very happy with the looks, performance and price of it!
I initially installed it at the top, it goes in, although a little crooked with an Asus b550 atx board.then mounted it on the side, as I mounted the radiator 360mm from the Gpu Aio on top.works great.cools a Ryzen 9 5800x in the office Pc at 40% load when gaming max.temperature 50 degrees, controllable with mainboard software from Asus and RGB with Aurasync.the cooling performance is very good and the pump is very quiet.I had previously installed an Asus Rog Ryujin 360mm and the Asetek pump was simply too loud, so I installed it in a Corsair 7000D Airflow as a stopgap before the parts for the custom loop were delivered.Surprising for me was the fact that at this favourable price a tube of thermal paste from Arctic was included and also all accessories for various sockets e.g. am4/5 or also those from Intel.
