Unfortunately, the community can't help you with this either - and I don't see a question in your text either ;) But you can ask Digitec Galaxus directly [1], maybe they can help you with the customer service.

Every supplier can have supply bottlenecks. I don't think Digitec Galaxus does that on purpose. The community is also not the place for feedback on Digitec Galaxus and questions about delivery
