High there! The answer is simple, the cellular version provides the possibility to communicate, receive and send messages and calls independently from your iPhone, e.g. while jogging. The only thing you need is a eSIM connection (multi device) , actually offered by digitec connect for CHF 5 pm in addition to your normal mobile abo.
You can do that in the Apple shops. At Digitec only if it was in the showroom.
One side is always the same length, the other is supplied for exchange. In short: Both sizes are included.
