Unfortunately, this is not possible.
Since there have been reviews of this product since 2016, I would say early 2015.

The answer is 42.
Unfortunately, we only offer this product with CH layout. However, the keyboard layout can be changed in the system. Of course, this does not change the keyboard itself.
No. Data migration only works via an Ethernet cable (with the corresponding Thunderbolt Gigabit Ethernet adapter for the MB Air) or via WLAN, no other method is supported.

At checkout, under "1. type of delivery" -> select "collection" and save. Then select the desired location under "3. collection location" and save. Then under "4. Payment" -> select "Payment on collection" (1st option) and save. Done.
PS: Don't forget to save each time, otherwise you won't be able to change the payment method, the note for this is easy to miss.
