Thank you very much for your comment. We will gladly forward this internally to the responsible department and hope that this will be checked promptly.
Must be a new one.
Also because of the price.
Besides, I bought the same item (which is why I got the question) and it was new to me at the time. An used item would have to be clearly declared as such.
Good day
I assume this is about the insurance cover / support from Apple:
as far as I know you need Apple Care+ for this device and when I called Digitec's customer service I was told that they don't offer anything directly in their shop (might have changed by now...). In any case, you can "buy" Apple Care+ directly in the settings of the device up to 30 days (I think) after you have bought the iPhone. That's how I did it in any case.
Please note the terms and conditions for repair on the Apple website: https://www.apple.com/chde/support/products/iphone/.
I hope this answers your question.
I've been watching the device for a few weeks now, since I'll be owning it at the beginning of March, and I can tell you that the prices keep going up and down. If you want it for 1178, or at least in this price range, you have to "wait and see", because the price can go up again within an hour...
But a well-intentioned advice: Put it in a watchlist, then you should be notified automatically by mail if the price should go down. Hope you get one at a good price (when they are back in stock) and I hope I could help you :-)
