Yes free sink should be no problem. But as this monitor has only the capacity to run full hd, it's almost a waste for the RTX 2070. I fairly recommend to buy a UHD monitor.

144hz works. But if you have an Nvidia graphics card, I would strongly advise against this monitor. Then definitely go for G-Sync and save a bit^^ Unless of course you play games where you always have over 144FPS. Built-in speakers in monitors are usually pretty bad, unless they are specially specified, such as beatsaudio.
It's a great screen for gaming, but this one has the freesync technology only available on AMD cards.
If you connect the monitor via DisplayPort, it will definitely work, but I can't say for sure for the other connections. FreeSync does not work, you need a graphics card from AMD for that.
Nein. GTG ist nur ein Farbwechsel von einem Grau zu einem ähnlichen Grau. BWB ist 2 Farbwechsel von Schwarz zu Weiss und wieder zurück zu Schwarz. Dürfen sich gerne selber informieren: Pixel response time can be measured in two ways; grey-to-grey (GtG) or black-white-black (BWB). The grey-to-grey pixel response time means the time it takes for 1 pixel to change from one color value of gray to another color value of gray while the black-white-black pixel response time means the time it takes for 1 pixel to modify the color value from black to white and back to black again. Most commonly used, is the grey-to-grey pixel response time because it is, for obvious reasons, the method that provides the fastest possible time to a pixel response time, since it is only one color value change that is measured and because the color value is closely aligned. When checking for the pixel response time, most manufacturers will just put the phrase “pixel response time” or “response time” which in both cases means the pixel response time measured with the grey-to-grey method. Otherwise, it is stated quite clearly, if the black-white-black method is used. The BWB pixel response time will tell the most about the response time performance, though, so keep this mind. https://www.monitornerds.com/best-gaming-monitor-for-you-144hz-1440p-gsync-freesync-4k/
DVI and Display Port support 144Hz, but HDMI only up to 60Hz
Even without Freesync...the refresh rate is simply not synchronised that way :)
This indeed works on this monitor with 144Mhz. See link below: http://www.144hzmonitors.com/freesync/
24.6cm is the diameter of the original stand
If the office PC has the necessary connections and private screens are allowed in the company, yes. Why not?
